These instructions explain how to request deletion of personal information controlled by PowerHub that we received or generated through our Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and Meta business integrations, including the PowerHub Marketing Intelligence application.

Information covered

Depending on how you interacted with PowerHub, a request may cover Meta account or user identifiers, available profile information, messages and attachments sent to PowerHub, reactions and messaging events, referral information, lead-form submissions, advertising or attribution records associated with you, and technical records linked to the integration.

How to submit a request

1. Email info@powerhubpr.com with the subject line Meta Data Deletion Request.
2. Include your full name and the email address, phone number, Facebook profile, Facebook Page or Instagram username you used when communicating with PowerHub. Include enough information for us to locate the relevant records.
3. Do not send passwords, access tokens, complete payment-card numbers or other sensitive authentication information.

Identity verification

To protect your information, PowerHub may ask you to verify your identity or control of the relevant account before processing the request. If we cannot reasonably verify the request, we may ask for additional information.

What happens next

We will acknowledge the request within 10 business days. After verification, we will delete or de-identify personal information controlled by PowerHub that is covered by the request, subject to applicable law. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will notify you if additional time is reasonably required.

Some information may be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for order and transaction records, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or enforcement of our agreements. A deletion request submitted to PowerHub does not delete information independently controlled by Meta, Shopify or another third party; requests concerning their records must be submitted directly to the applicable service.
